For those of you who like to pregame it up hardcore you can check out www.wardb.com it's sorta like a wannabe thottbot but for warhammer. There are listings of all of the class abilities and in the tool section there are character builders for renown and the little wannabe talent trees. So you can get an idea of what each class's abilities and potentials are. If you have any questions about any of it lemme know and I will answer what I can.

Don't forget to check out their forums, they've got a nifty "guides" section.

General and class tactics? You know, info to make you fight better. Stuff like that:

QUOTE
Gork'll Fix It is 132 healed instantly + 354 healed over 9 seconds for 60 AP. That's altogether about 500 healed for 60 AP. That's 1 AP = 10 healed, but it's a pretty quick cast time and if you get the tactic Lookit What I Did then it also restores 40 AP to your target. That means if you use it on yourself it's about 500 healed for 20 AP. That's 1 AP = 25 healed, and over a much shorter time span than 'Ey Quit Bleeding.

QUOTE
Every instant seems to get 1.48*(dps added by int), regardless of their duration (instant damage, 9 sec DoT or 15 sec DoT) or the charges used (Word of Pain, I am not aware of another spell stackable).

QUOTE
Some numbers on how Int modifies the damage in spells:
It generally seems to work like melee abilities, just with different stats.
((Intelligence - targetToughness)/5*castTime + abilityDamage) * (1 - resistancePercentage/100)

QUOTE
Willpower / 5 = Increases Healing Per Second

Willpower /(Level * 7.5 + 50) * .075 * 100 = +% Disrupt spells

While I'm at it, here are two Wiki. I don't know which one is the best so I'm just keeping both bookmarked for now.

Here is a character planner I like better than WarDB's planner.

Warhammer Planner

It shows all 3 trees at once + all the core abilities, morale and tactics for the class.

As a reminder, putting points in a tree unlocks the abilities therein for purchase. You have to spend a point for each ability you wish to use from a tree.

Do you know if the extra Career points for Renown levels 60 65 70 75 80 are real or not? I have heard that you do get these points and that you do not. I know some of the people in beta were saying that when templated to level 70 Renown they still only had 25 points.

I only read about RR80 giving out points (5 I think). It's supposed to take a looong time to get there too, probably around 6 months to a year for a semi-casual player I suppose.
