On the forums you can find two amazing posts of players telling their tales of SWG Pre-CU, should make you very nostalgic. But you will need to create an account to view them (no email activation or anything though).

Master Swordsman, working on defensive branches in pikeman/pistoleer/fencer trees, to stack defense. Got a crafting alt (as/ws/not capable of making anything good yet) and a smuggler alt who has 3/4 boxes in the slicing branch so I can do low wep slices and armor slices, next box is high wep slices.
PLEASE PLAY!
You can have like 8 toons, and log in 2 at the same time (1 account), but you can't use one to give another an unfair advantage, like a doc on /follow with your pve toon killing big shit. But you can have a dude surveying all day long while you pve. Usually 500-1k people on at all times.
