It's a must buy if you have a ps3. Simple as that. Is being called the best rpg of the year, has awesome sp, not to mention free pvp and co-op online.

I only got to play it briefly at a friends, I plan on renting it, then picking it up... It's getting amazing reviews, and from my limited experience, the combat is rock solid. When I died it was cuz I fucked up, not some stupid flaw in the game. Plus I heard online is cool because you just take your single player guy online with all his stats/equip and you can either play co-op or pvp by invading another players room.

Can you play 2 player coop locally? Would be amusing to fuck off with my roomate but not sure I want to buy 2 copies just to play 2 player.

if you are a fan of rpg please do yourself a big favor by getting this game. I almost beat it, it might be a bit slow in the beginning but after the first boss things will pick up. This game is like diablo + Arcade dungeons and dragons + Oblivion. Well anyway, just get it! get it! get it!
