For Pacific that's 8am. I need to be at my job at 8:30, 30 mins away. Can I make it? I'm sure they'll be slow ass about bringing it up. =(

Don't refresh too much, I would idle in the irc channel on stratics, they usually know first when it is up. If your connection gets timed out, refresh once, be patient. It is a very enduring process, it took me a few days of camping out at work to get one.
